Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a very gentle form of yoga. Typically, the first part of the class is done seated, then students do some standing work using the chair as a prop. Finally, students may transition to the floor for the remaining portion of the class. Chair yoga classes are often attended by senior citizens or students differently-abled due to injury or illness.
