Join the staff of the Southwest Chatham Library for a special Noon Year’s Eve Party!
Children and families are invited to attend a special party for those who are not old enough to stay up and celebrate the traditional New Year’s events.
Participants will enjoy crafts, a dance party, and a special balloon drop when the clock strikes Noon!
