Chair Yoga

Chair Class is a class designed to promote healthy aging. Students link their movement to their breath. Students are seated for part of the class and also do standing postures with the support of the chair. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. This class will build strength,

balance and flexibility. 

Each student must have a mat (and preferably a block). 

Students without a mat will not be admitted to class.  

Maximum class size will be 36 without exception and class will fill first come/first served. 

Students are encouraged to arrive

10 minutes before class begins to get settled.
