Miss Madson’s Magical Music: Ukulele Workshop

Aspiring musicians are invited to join Ms. Madson for an introduction to the ukulele! Participants will learn a few of the most popular chords which can be used to play a variety of songs. Ukuleles will be provided for attendees to use during the workshop. This program is free and open to rising 4th to 7th graders.

About Miss Madson: 

Mandy Madson (Miss Madson) has taught elementary, middle and high school music throughout the south since 2010. She currently teaches elementary vocal music virtually for Knox County, Tennessee and is a private music teacher, providing vocal coaching for beginning to advanced singers and beginning ukulele lessons and classes. She previously spent six year teaching elementary music and chorus at the Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts and conducted the Apprentice Choir of the Savannah Children’s Choir from 2017-2019.
