Kindness Rocks Craft Kits
The Kindness Rocks Train (courtesy of Kindness Rocks Effingham) is now stationed at the Rincon Library. Get onboard and help us fill the train with painted rocks. Pick up a painting kit (rocks included) at the Rincon library, take it home, decorate and return your rock(s) to the Kindness Rocks Train. While supplies last.
