Gentle Power Yoga

This Gentle Power Class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis as well. Please come prepared with a yoga mat and a yoga block. We also recommend you bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move without restriction. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
