Qigong

Qigong (Chee-gong) is a Chinese term that can be translated as “life energy cultivation.” Qigong practice encompasses a range of exercises that emphasize coordinated and mindful body alignment, breathing, and movement. Exercises can be energetic and stimulating, or gentle and
meditative. Qigong exercises can be performed standing or seated. The movements are easy to learn, and can be modified or adapted for people with physical challenges. Research points to an array of wellness benefits, including reducing stress, increasing vitality, and
improving balance.

Qigong is for everyone!

Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
