The Civil Rights Movement in Georgia: Storytelling through Historical Markers with the Georgia Historical Society

Join us for a special presentation from the Georgia Historical Society to learn about the Civil Rights Movement in Georgia through their Georgia Civil Rights Trail historical markers. Recognizing that the struggle for civil and human rights began long before the mid-twentieth-century Movement, the Civil Rights Trail includes historical markers that explore stories from Reconstruction through the late twentieth century.

This program is free and open to the public.
